1. About Earnxa

Earnxa is a digital cash tracking and commission management tool designed for CSC VLEs. It helps users record transactions, manage customer information, track cash inflows and outflows, calculate service commissions, generate receipts, and manage business records.

2. Eligibility

Earnxa is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have the authority to use the information you enter into Earnxa.
• You will use Earnxa only for lawful business purposes.

3. Creating an Account

Certain Earnxa features require an account.

You may register using supported authentication methods, including:

• Email and password
• Email OTP
• Google Login

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You should immediately contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Your Business and Customer Data

Earnxa allows you to store business, customer, and transaction information.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping your business records up to date.
• Ensuring that you have the necessary permission or lawful basis to enter customer information.
• Reviewing your transactions and business records for accuracy.
• Maintaining appropriate backups of important information.

Earnxa provides tools to help you manage your records but does not independently verify the accuracy of the information entered by you.

5. Transactions and Financial Records

Earnxa helps you record and organize business transactions, cash inflows, cash outflows, commissions, customer balances, and related information.

Earnxa is a record-keeping and business management tool. It does not act as a bank, financial institution, payment processor, accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial advisor.

You are responsible for verifying your transaction records and ensuring that your business, tax, accounting, and financial activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Receipts and Reports

Earnxa may generate receipts, reports, summaries, and other business records based on the information entered by you.

You are responsible for reviewing these records before using them for business, accounting, tax, or other official purposes.

Earnxa does not guarantee that automatically generated records will always be suitable for every legal, tax, or accounting requirement.

7. Subscription Plans

Earnxa offers multiple subscription plans, including free and paid plans.

The price, features, limitations, initial payment, renewal price, and applicable terms may vary depending on the plan selected.

The applicable pricing and plan information will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Some plans may have different first-time and renewal prices.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment process for the selected subscription according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

8. Payments

Payments for paid Earnxa plans are processed through our payment service provider, Cashfree Payments.

Earnxa does not control the payment processing systems operated by Cashfree. Payment processing may also be subject to Cashfree's applicable terms and policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that the payment method used by you is authorized for the transaction.

9. Renewal

Where a plan includes renewal, the renewal terms and applicable renewal price will be presented to you before or during the subscription process.

If you do not wish to continue a subscription, you should cancel it according to the available cancellation process before the applicable renewal date.

10. Data Retention After Plan Expiry

After your Earnxa plan expires, your account data may be retained for up to 2 months.

After this period, applicable user data may be deleted from our active systems.

You are responsible for downloading or backing up any information you wish to retain before or after your subscription expires.

11. Data Deletion

Earnxa allows users to delete their transaction and customer data through their account.

Deleted information may not be recoverable. You should make a backup of any important information before deleting it.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Earnxa to:

• Perform illegal activities.
• Enter or process information that you are not authorized to use.
• Misuse another person's personal information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the service.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Earnxa infrastructure.
• Use Earnxa for fraudulent or deceptive activities.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that an account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

The Earnxa website, software, interface, design, branding, logos, graphics, content, features, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Earnxa unless otherwise stated.

You may use Earnxa only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Earnxa's software, design, branding, or proprietary content without prior written permission.

Your business and customer data remain your responsibility and are not transferred to Earnxa as ownership merely because you use the service.

14. Third-Party Services

Earnxa may use third-party services such as payment providers, email services, WhatsApp services, authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, and other technology providers to operate the platform.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Earnxa is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep Earnxa available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Hosting or infrastructure problems
• Third-party service interruptions
• Internet or network failures
• Security incidents
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of Earnxa when reasonably necessary.

16. Accuracy of Information

Earnxa provides calculations, reports, commissions, receipts, and summaries based on the information entered into the system.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your data and the resulting records.

Earnxa is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information entered by you or incorrect use of generated records.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Earnxa will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the service.

This may include loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or opportunities resulting from service interruptions, incorrect user-entered information, unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use of Earnxa creates a security or legal risk.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Required by applicable law.
• Continued access to the service is no longer reasonably possible.

You may stop using Earnxa at any time.

Termination or cancellation does not automatically remove any obligations that arose before termination.

19. Changes to Earnxa

We may update, modify, add, or remove features from Earnxa from time to time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

20. Privacy

Your use of Earnxa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of Earnxa will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction in India.
