1. About Earnxa

Earnxa is a real-time cash tracking and commission management tool built specifically for CSC VLEs. It helps users record transactions, track cash inflows and outflows, calculate service commissions, manage customer information, and generate professional receipts from one dashboard.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Earnxa”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Earnxa.

Your Earnxa data is stored using cloud infrastructure. Data is stored on cloud servers outside India and is protected using encryption and appropriate security measures.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or loss.

However, no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for securing access to your account and devices.

Earnxa does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

We may introduce necessary technologies in the future to operate, secure, or improve the service. If our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices required by applicable law.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your business data directly from your Earnxa account.

After logging into Earnxa, you can use the relevant options available on the Transactions and Customer sections to delete your transaction and customer data.

Deletion may be permanent. You should export or back up any information you wish to retain before deleting it.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data while your account or subscription remains active.

After your Earnxa plan expires, your data may be retained for up to 2 months. After this retention period, the applicable user data will be deleted from our active systems, subject to any data that we may be required or permitted to retain under applicable law.

Data contained in backups or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for an appropriate additional period where permitted or required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including the ability to:

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of personal information where applicable

Service-related communications that are necessary for your account, subscription, security, or use of Earnxa may still be sent where permitted or required.

Earnxa allows users to sign in using Google.

When you choose Google Login, Google may provide certain account information to Earnxa as part of the authentication process. The information received is used to create or authenticate your Earnxa account.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Earnxa offers four subscription plans, including three paid plans.

The initial subscription price and renewal price may differ depending on the plan selected. The applicable pricing and renewal terms will be displayed to you before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. Cashfree may process payment-related information in accordance with its own policies and applicable requirements.

Earnxa is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly intend to provide services to individuals under 18.

Although Earnxa primarily targets users in India, your information may be processed or stored on cloud infrastructure located outside India.

Where personal data is processed or stored outside India, we will take appropriate steps required under applicable Indian laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to Earnxa is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You can update eligible account, business, customer, and transaction information through your Earnxa account.

You are responsible for keeping your Earnxa login credentials confidential.

• Log out from shared or public devices
